CNC Description: This alarm was detected by the PMC ladder program. Refer to the relevant manual from the machine builder for details.
Fanuc alarm: 1000 - EXTERNAL ALARM

CNC Description: This is a sub-CPU error. Replace the sub-CPU PC board. The abnormal 24VDC input power may be defective.
Fanuc alarm: 960 - SUB CPU ERROR / DC24V POWER OFF

CNC Description: A fuse has blown. Replace the fuse (+24E; F14).
Fanuc alarm: 950 - FUSE BLOWN ALARM

CNC Description: Communications error occured in the serial spindle.The optical fiber may be disconnected. The hardware configuration is incorrect for the serial spindle, or a communication alarm occurred. Check the hardware configuration of the spindle. Also ensure that the hardware for the serial spindle is connected securely.
Fanuc alarm: 945 - SERIAL SPINDLE COMMUNICATIONERROR

CNC Description: Communication is impossible with the second serial spindle. Ensure that the second serial spindle is connected securely.
Fanuc alarm: 946 - SECOND SERIAL SPINDLE COMMUNICATIONERROR

CNC Description: PC board installation is incorrect. Check the specification of the PC board.
Fanuc alarm: 940 - PC BOARD INSTALLATION ERROR

CNC Description: The memory PC board is not connected securely. Ensure that the PC board is connected securely.
Fanuc alarm: 941 - MEMORY PC BOARD CONNECTIONERROR

CNC Description: Servo alarm (5th to 8th axis). A watchdog alarm or a RAM parity error in the servo module occurred. Replace the servo control module on the option 2 board.
Fanuc alarm: 922 - SERVO ALARM (5/6/7/8 AXIS)

CNC Description: The digital servo module is not installed. Check that the servo control module or servo interface module on the main CPU or option 2 board is mounted securely.
Fanuc alarm: 924 - SERVO MODULE SETTING ERROR
